Puku Ora cultures are made 100% organic. Our Whey is made from raw organic milk kefir. This way is great to use as a starter brine for making fermented vegetables or used as a fermented protein shake replacement. Its also great in Beet Kvass and making condiments like hummus, etc.
When you order, you will receive 2 cups of Whey. The whey is double sealed in vac pack bags and packed in a box with a ice stick and bubble wrap.
We will courier overnight to your address, with a recipe and instructions on how to use your whey.
We recommend you store in a glass jar and in the refidgerator as soon as they arrive.
